Learning Herbs Monograph: Lemongrass (Cymbopogon spp.)

Lemongrass image from LearningHerbs.com

I wrote a monograph! The lovely folks over at Learning Herbs asked me to write about lemongrass (Cymbopogon spp.), which I was pleased to do considering my background. Lemongrass is commonly used in the Caribbean and in Haitian folk medicine, so this was right up my alley.

Lemongrass is widely used in the Caribbean and Southeast Asian cultures as food and medicine. Growing up, it was common to see my elders bruise and boil lemongrass to make delicious teas, infusions, and other drinks. Learn more about lemongrass’ uses for immune health, skin care, digestive concerns, and more by reading the monograph here.

With love,

Rebecca
