My Interview with Learning Herbs

I did my first podcast! Tara Ruth over at Learning Herbs asked me to be on their podcast to talk about…me! I get into how my upbringing informs my herbalism practices, my background in biology and public health, bioregional herbalism, lemongrass, hibiscus, and more. The episode begins by honoring John Gallagher, who was beloved in the herbalist community and the co-host of the show. He believed in making herbal learning accessible and that same value is what attracted me to Learning Herbs in the first place. May he rest in peace.
